4.6 "Good Place near Downtown"

Great place to stay Down Town it’s 10 min Drive from London Luton Airport Good restaurants are only 5 min walk major shopping Centre Is only 2 min walk Small Gym on site it was amazing stay Garden roof top in 5th floor with amazing City View

4.8 "Holiday from hell turned around by above and beyond staff member "

On booking a last minute hotel for a night after a disastrous morning of missing our flight we were greeted by an overwhelmingly amazing member of staff who completely turned our trip around. Arriving at the hotel worn down and glum we were pleasantly suprised by the apartments presentation and roof top garden which went above our expectations considering it was the cheapest hotel we could find, this accompanied by an amazing little lady who made our morning, booking us in and helping us find our way round Luton, but much more than that Elizabeth dragged our tired souls out of a morbid atmosphere and into complete utter joy with laughing fits and giggles. Elizabeth's personality and amazing customer service skills brought myself and my friends so much happiness and led us to decide to make citiappartments a traditional holiday trip before flying. Anyone who needs to teach people skills needs to observe this lady, absolutely amazing staff member and human being, so grateful to have met her that morning and to have booked citiappartments

2.2 "Avoid"

Dirty rooms, unpleasant staff that arrive late for check in and are rude. No remote for tv so cant use hot room. Absolutely filthy bathroom. Dont waste your money! The room seemed ok until close inspection. The bed was broken with broken slats

5.0 "Very Close to mall"

I rarely give five stars since I’m quite picky about where I stay and it’s somewhat difficult to impress me. But I greatly enjoyed my stay in this apartment and I’ll provide a more detailed reason of why below. -This private apartment had everything I needed to make my holiday in London easy to navigate. It had a spacious bedroom with a large bed meant to fit two people, a large clothing cabinet, a TV and a side lamp for nighttime reading, an ac cooling system and heater with a remote controller, a private kitchen with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, and kitchen cupboards filled with things like cups, plates, other eating utensils, salt, sugar, and cooking oil already stored inside them. It also had a private bathroom with a standing shower and essential toiletries already made available in the bottom cabinet under the sink, they also provide various towels and a change of sheets in the cabinet. There’s also a washing machine downstairs that’s shared with other guests (and it was the only thing that was shared). ***When I say Private I mean the kitchen bathroom and bedroom are only accessible to you with your own key to get into the room. I feel the need make this clear after I had a disappointing experience with another apartment I found on booking.com where I was expected to share the kitchen with someone I didn’t know, an important bit of information that for some reason was not made clear in the reviews of the apartment I had been booking. -The surrounding area of the apartment was quiet and safe. The apartment was also within walking distance of many restaurants, a local 24hour store and even a pharmacy. Which was really helpful for me since I got a cold near the end of my stay due to London’s dreary weather. -All in all this apartment was wonderful, with a manager that was very kind and a location that has easy access to everything I needed thereby making my stay both enjoyable and far more cost-effective then a hotel.

It’s was great stay very close to get Town centre we enjoyed your hours day because there was gym and spa centre across the road Staff was very helpful Specialising in Zain reception it’s ideal if you working in airport or London
